RETURNED ITEMS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMER UNTIL THEY REACH OUR WAREHOUSE, SO MAKE SURE THEY’RE PACKAGED PROPERLY AND CAN’T GET DAMAGED ON THE WAY.
